Lucy

CEO

I’m Lucy and I am the CEO here at Hope. I have worked within the voluntary sector for almost fifteen years and have a passion for operational excellence. I provide motivational and strategic leadership, ensuring objectives are developed and implemented to facilitate the aims of our organisation.

In my spare time you can find me walking or running with my doggy, Mabel, or trying my best to keep my plants alive.

Joanne

Finance Manager

My name is Jo and I am the Finance Manager. I am a qualified Management Accountant and I am responsible for preparing, maintaining and updating the financial accounts. I ensure all financial controls are observed following good practice in line with legislation.

In my spare time I enjoy gardening, running around after my three young children, (actual) running, tending to my farm animals, drinking tea and eating biscuits!

Theresa

Service Manager

I’m Theresa, the Service Manager. I joined the Hope team this year. I am passionate about service delivery and strive to meet the needs of the most vulnerable in society. It is my role to manage the efficient and effective running of the accommodation support service, ensuring that a high-quality service is delivered and continuously improved. I provide leadership to the team and ensure staff operate according to Hope’s procedures, relevant legislation and good practice.

Gemma

Office Manager

My name is Gemma, the Office Manager here at Hope. I joined the team this year after having spent five years working with veterans with drug and alcohol needs. My role is to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office.

When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with four dogs, two cats, a VW Beetle named Snowbell and restoring a Danbury Campervan named Daisy. 

 

Sherrell

Service Administrator

I’m Sherrell, the Service Administrator. I came to Hope after having spent many years working within the care sector. I ensure that all visitors are welcomed, communications are dealt with efficiently and the many aspects of our paperwork are in order.

In my spare time I enjoy going on holiday, gardening and spending time with my family and friends.

Nevada

Accommodation Officer

Hello, my name is Nevada and I have just been promoted to Accommodation Officer. My role is to ensure the clients here at Hope are happy and feel welcome, knowing they can talk to me whenever they need. I make sure that Hope is an inviting and safe place to stay for everyone who enters. I love meeting new people, having conversations and I trying to make as many people smile as possible.

Peter

Accommodation Warden

I am Peter and I have been a part of Hope for over seven years. My experience with Hope began as a client, many years ago, when I was looking for shelter and guidance. Eventually, I became a volunteer before being offered a position as an Accommodation Warden. I aim to be a role model for the individuals that Hope supports and take pride in knowing that many of the people I help have gone on to be successful in their journey’s. My time here has taught me that help is always available, and I am proud to still be a part of the team after all these years.

Accommodation Officer

My name is Caroline, I am a Accommodation Officer and new to the team here at Hope.  I am here to help support individuals to develop their life skills and help enable them make informed choices. 

When i’m not working i am home spending quality time with my children and family.

My name is Nicola, I am an Accommodation Warden and new to the team here at Hope. I am a very proactive person who likes to support individuals and to make them feel welcome into our service. I love meeting new people and trying to make as many people smile as possible.
